Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan on all orders. For order verification, our team may contact you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
What other payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, bank transfer (HBL, Meezan, UBL), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Visa/Mastercard via our secure payment gateway.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check order status from your My Account page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2–4 business days. Lahore orders are usually delivered next-day. Pieces are made to order and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
What does shipping cost?
Standard delivery is Rs. 250 across Pakistan. Shipping is complimentary on all orders above Rs. 15,000.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return any piece within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are non-returnable.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange free pickup of the original piece and dispatch the correct size at no extra cost.
Jewellery & Care
Will the gold plating fade?
Our 18-karat gold plating is applied in three layers and should last 1–2 years of regular wear. Should it fade, we offer free re-plating for the lifetime of the piece.
How do I clean my jewellery?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to wipe the piece after wear. Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and harsh chemicals. Store in the pouch provided to prevent scratches.
